Glassblowing - Level 1:

This class covers the basics of glassblowing. The student will learn how to gather molten glass out of the furnace onto a blowpipe, how to use the basic tools, and how to work safely in the glass studio. Each student will make a colorful paperweight and small vessel, as well as some practice pieces while learning the tools. All materials are provided. No glass or artistic experience is necessary.
