With the guidance of our professional artists, students will be introduced to the world of glassblowing. A wide variety of color is available to decorate and personalize your very own glass object. Learn what it's like to be a real glassblower. You will get to work with the tools, feel the heat and create your own unique work of art. Make the paperweight of your dreams!

No experience required ...

Please be sure to wear all natural, non-synthetic fiber clothing (cotton, linen, silk, etc.), and closed toe shoes. Also if you have long hair be sure to tie it back or bring a cap.

Note: All glass needs to be cooled slowly in a process called annealing. The annealing cycles can take up to 18 hours to cool down the glass objects placed inside the oven. Glass will be available for pick up two days after your session. Please call ahead before coming to pick up your piece. Chicago Hot Glass offers shipping.
