Using public transportation:

Take the Red line or Blue line to the Division Stop and then take the #70 bus heading west. Get off at the Central Park stop (the next stop after the 3450 stop). Central Park is 3500 west. You'll see an Osco on the south east corner of Division and Central Park. Walk north on Central Park about a half a block and the door is on the left (west) side.

Driving from downtown Chicago:

Take Grand Ave. or Division St. west; then turn right at Central Park Ave. CHG is one block north. (Note if on Grand Ave. turn right after passing under viaduct at Homan Ave..
